This policy explains the personal information Eventedge uses to help users find venues and help venues respond to enquiries.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact information, enquiry details, event requirements, messages and technical information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide venue search, booking enquiries, account access, owner dashboards, customer support and service improvements.
Analytics and cookies
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to operate and improve Eventedge. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources and successful enquiries. Google Analytics uses region-specific consent settings. Analytics storage is denied by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It is enabled by default in other regions unless you disable it. Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction data. We do not send form entries, contact details or message content to Google Analytics.
Analytics identifiers
Eventedge sends Google Analytics a pseudonymous signed-in user identifier only when a visitor explicitly enables analytics. This identifier does not contain your email address, contact details or database account identifier.
Your analytics choice
You can disable or enable Google Analytics at any time through the Cookie settings link in the site footer. When analytics storage is denied, Eventedge does not set Google Analytics cookies. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals through Consent Mode. Your choice does not affect venue search, accounts or enquiries.
Retention and processing
We configure Google Analytics event-level data retention for up to 14 months. Google may process analytics data in countries outside Thailand. We keep other analytics data only for as long as we need it to operate, secure and improve Eventedge.
Sharing with venues
When you submit an enquiry, relevant event and contact details may be shared with the venue so they can respond with availability, pricing and next steps.
Your privacy rights
You may ask Eventedge to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and records that we must keep for security or legal reasons.
