smør bkk | SMØR Studio is a modern Nordic restaurant tucked in Soi Sukhumvit 26, next to K Village, from the team behind fine-dining favourite Løyrom. By day, smør serves a creative lunch menu built around house-fermented koji butters, sourdough brioche and premium seafood; by night, SMØR Studio offers a full Nordic bistronomy experience with à la carte dishes and a tasting menu, showcasing fermentation, smoking and precise temperature control led by an international team including a Nordic native. Signature dishes include dry-aged grilled seabass and duck confit brioche, making it a distinctive setting for intimate dinners and small private gatherings.
